Christmas in March

It is never to soon to start Christmas Cards, and I have been doing them little by little since January. This is my latest~ I just love this little image from Cuddly Buddly...they have a few different ones of this adorable bear! I found a sketch over at Christmas Challenges ,and it had a twist - make it white on white! I would also like to enter this little guy in the following:

A La Card Monkey Celebrates 100

This week at A La Card Monkey Sketch Challenges, they are celebrating their 100th Sketch!  Since they are one of my favorite Sketch Challenges, I just HAD to play along! You will also want to check out their FANTABULOUS BLOG CANDY for the winner this week!! 

This is the card I made using the sketch. I will probably use this sketch again...very versatile! I used some VERY retired DP from SU. I am such a DP hoarder it isn't even funny! The cake was made with a Cuttlebug Die and the scalloped circle is of course, Nesties. White on White at Come and Get It

Happy Sunday, Stampers! Today the challenge over at Come and Get It Challenges, is to make a card using White on White. THIS was a Challenge for me...I am addicted to DP! Once I got started, though, it all came together perfectly. I used Bugaboo Digi Stamp SNOW word as my image...didn't it come out so pretty? Used a Cuttlebug EF Snowflakes for the BG then added some Swirls from SU and Snowflake punches. Easy Peasy~

Birthday Humor

Can ya tell I love My Bugaboos? This is Stella...a gal with an attitude, and I LOVE IT! This week at Catch The Bug, , their challenge is Show Us Your Humor. Well, this one is ME to a Tee!! Since hitting 50 this past September, I figure what the heck, what's another year other than being lucky to be here!!
I used the Stella Says Sketch for the layout...it closes in a few hours, but be sure to check it out tomorrow for the new sketch!

St. Patty's Stella Sketch

Oh, isn't he just ADORABLE! His name is Edward, and I am in LOVE! I am getting this card done at the last minute for the Stella Says Sketch Challenge at Catch The Bug. I was in Iowa when it was posted, and just got him made up lastnight. I have some Irish blood in me, so I HAVE to make St. Patty's Day Cards. This little guy was a "gotta have" as soon as I saw him. I LOVE my Bugaboo Digi Stamps, and I am proud to say I was chosen as the Bugaboo Fan of the Month for March! Such a great honor for something so easy to do...Love Bugaboos! There will be a new sketch tomorrow, so be sure to stop over and check it out!

A La Monkey Sketch and Flowers

TGIF! I hope you all have had a WONDERFUL week! It is hard to believe a week ago I was home in Iowa in SNOW!!!  Since I went home last weekend for Grandma's 90th Birthday Party, I wasn't able to Guest Design at A La Card Monkey, but the sweet Gals let me do so this week, and I just LOVED the sketch and theme! I used Springtime Vintage DP that I just got, and oh, how I LOVE it! The flower is from an OLD SU set called Asian Artistry. I am so happy how this turned out...something pretty for a change, rather than my standard cutesy...LOL!
