New Challenge at Holly Jolly

I am so happy to be back to my Challenge Blogs and Design Teams after my moving hiatus! It feels SOO good to get paper and ink out and create again! This week at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenges, we have a Tic Tac Toe Challenge...and I made the board-YAY! 

I think it is pretty obvious that I chose the center horizontal line - Blue, Glitter, Snowflakes - as my
